This is the privacy policy for Sergeant Habit ("we", "us", "the app"), a habit-tracking application by Michal Lukáč (Slovakia, EU).
What we collect right now
On sergeanthabit.com (this website), if you sign up for the pre-launch list, we store your email addresswith our email provider (Resend, EU region). That's it. No analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels.
What the app will collect (when launched)
The mobile app is local-first. Your habits, streaks, and completion history are stored on your device only. If/when we add cloud sync as a premium feature, data will be stored in EU regions (Frankfurt or Belgium) and you can delete your account in-app at any time.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email support@sergeanthabit.comand we'll respond within 30 days.
